RETURNS POLICY

DLX Beauty Therapy will happily exchange your item within 10 days of purchase, DLX Beauty Therapy does not provide refunds or store credits.

We provide exchanges only. If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the below procedure:

  1. The item must be returned to DLX Beauty Therapy within 10 days of purchase.

  2. The item must be in original, brand new, unopened condition

  3. Email dlxbeautyperth@gmail.com with your name, contact number, postal address, the name of the product you wish to return and the item you wish to exchange it for. Proof of purchase must be provided as an attachment to the email. Without proof of purchase we will not provide an exchange.

  4. DLX Beauty Therapy will contact you back via email to organise postage costs and any costs involved in the exchange of the product (e.g. if the new product you want costs more than your original product). NOTE The cost of postage involved in the exchange and resend of the item is assumed by the customer/client

  5. The client/customer then sends the product back to DLX BEAUTY THERAPY using Australia post and provides us with a registered Australia post tracking number.

  6. Once this tracking number has been received and authorised your new product will be sent to you.

DLX BEAUTY THERAPY returns policy takes into full consideration the Australian consumer laws and standards.

SHIPPING POLICY

DLX Beauty Therapy uses Australia Post Express shipping on all orders.

A flat rate of $10 is charged her order for Express shipping.

DLX offers free shipping for all orders over $150

Any shipping costs relating to product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer/client.
