Booking Fees
All bookings will now require confirmation with credit card details or a 50% deposit.
(Credit Card details are stored safely and securely with our booking software and will not be shown to anyone and cannot be viewed by staff).
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment 30% of that appointment cost will be debited from provided credit card.
If a client no-shows an appointment, 50% of the cost of the appointment will be charged. (Please note if you turn up to your appointment too late for your therapist to properly complete your treatment, this counts as a no show).
While this won't affect 99% of our amazing clients who always do the right thing, it is necessary for us as a small business. We have seen a huge surge in panic booking to snap up key appointment times with long treatments and then that appontment being no showed. When this happens we are at a huge loss and have no time to fill that appointment. For us to continue to offer the latest treatments and best service we unfortunately have had to take this step to cover constant losses from no show appointments.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
